A day at the MET

What a privilege to have the Metropolitan Museum so close and visit as often as I want! Yesterday was the perfect day to be out, and I spent my morning at the MET, strolling at the galleries and checking the featured exhibitions.

A must-see (until August 19th) is Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations, featuring orchestrated conversations between these two icons of fashion. The outfits are gorgeous and the interviews very well done. Even if you are not a fashionista, it is interesting to see how both women explore similar themes in their work through very different approaches.

Another fabulous exhibition happening right now is The Installation Cloud City, from the Argentinian artist Tomás Saraceno, was one of the highlights for me. You can even climb the stairs inside of it and see Central Park from up there!

Art makes me happy! I’m very grateful to live in New York and be surrounded by creativity!
